Last August 22-25, J.J. Valderrama Behavioral Management Center โ€“ Outreach and Drop-in Center team participated in a 5-Day Training-Workshop on Sustainability Planning organized by Colombo Plan Drug Advisory Programme – DAP, with support from the Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, US Department of State in Astoria, Palawan.

ODICs primary goal is to stimulate the interest of vulnerable populations and communities with high drug-use prevalence to gain access to basic services, treatment, and recovery support. JJVBMC has been proactive in achieving this goals for two years now in Bagong Bahay para sa Bagong Buhay: A Balay Silangan Reformation and Outreach Drop-In Center, Mati City, Province of Davao Oriental.

The meaningful and productive Training-Workshop was facilitated by Ms. Susan Grace Rivera and Ms. Janelle Pacete of The TLC Solution.
