Last August 31, 2022, J.J. Valderrama Behavioral Management Center – Outreach and Drop-In Center team welcomed Ms. Therese Castillo, RPsy, Program Manager of Colombo Plan Drug Advisory Programme – DAP (CP-DAP) – Philippines to see the present operations and to discuss about ODIC sustainability plans.

She personally went to the multi-awarded Bagong Bahay para sa Bagong Buhay (B4) – A Balay Silangan Reformation and Outreach Drop-In Center situated in Barangay Don Martin Marundan, Mati City. BM Kaka Bulaong, then PADAC Action Officer and Center Manager of B4 and Mr. Ronald Lad Vidoy of the Provincial Government of Davao Oriental also graced the said visit.
